Our commitment

SweetNay aims to provide welcoming service online and offline. Accessibility is treated as part of the customer experience, not as a separate feature.

Website usability

  • Pages are built with semantic headings, labelled controls, readable text, visible focus states, and keyboard-friendly navigation.
  • Product and gallery images include descriptive alternative text when the image communicates menu or service information.
  • Layouts are responsive so storefront, cart, policy, and inquiry pages remain usable on mobile, tablet, and desktop screens.

Accessible communication

Customers can request help with an order, policy, coupon, event inquiry, or website task by email or through the inquiry flow. SweetNay will make reasonable efforts to communicate in a way that works for the customer's needs.

Events and pickup support

For pickup, delivery, and event setup, customers should share access needs, building instructions, support-person details, timing limits, or communication preferences before confirmation so the order can be planned properly.

Feedback

If a page, form, image, checkout step, or message is difficult to use, contact SweetNay at hello@sweetnay.ca. Include the page, device, browser, and what you were trying to do.
