Orders and confirmation
An inquiry, cart, message, or automated estimate is not a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only when SweetNay accepts the details, confirms availability, and receives any required payment or deposit.

These terms apply when browsing the SweetNay website, joining SweetNay Club, using coupons, submitting an inquiry, or placing an order for pickup, delivery, custom work, or event service.
An inquiry, cart, message, or automated estimate is not a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only when SweetNay accepts the details, confirms availability, and receives any required payment or deposit.
Payment may be processed through Stripe or another approved provider. SweetNay does not ask customers to send full card details by email, social message, or chat. Orders may be paused or cancelled if required payment is not completed by the agreed deadline.
Changes may affect price, timing, availability, design, delivery, setup, and refund eligibility. The Refunds and Cancellations page explains cancellation windows and how quality concerns are handled.
Products may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, and other allergens. Customers must share allergy and dietary needs before confirmation. SweetNay may decline requests that cannot be prepared safely.
Customers may not misuse the website, attack security controls, submit false information, scrape content, interfere with checkout, or use the assistant for abusive or unlawful requests. AI assistant replies are planning support only and do not replace SweetNay's final order confirmation.
